Our mission
The mission of Nicomatic Campus is to connect young engineers trained at one of Africa's top schools with industrial companies, thus addressing the challenge of acquiring qualified talent. By integrating these graduates into demanding professional environments, we help them develop advanced technical skills and a deep understanding of the sector’s realities. Through this immersion, they gain valuable experience that makes them highly competent collaborators.
Our vision
We believe in the ability of young people to adapt, innovate, and produce in a constantly evolving world. Convinced that training must be directly aligned with industrial needs, we launched the CAMPUS program within the Nicomatic group and implemented it within our own entities. Thanks to a strong partnership with the École Supérieure Polytechnique of Dakar, we have demonstrated the effectiveness of this approach and are proud to see the program expanding to other companies.
Leadership
The CAMPUS program is led by Nicomatic Senegal and the Nicomatic group, in collaboration with the École Supérieure Polytechnique of Dakar. Together, we are shaping a new approach to training by involving future engineers in real-world projects, offering professional development opportunities, and enhancing their employability. Our long-term goal is to structure and strengthen the program to become a certified diploma, ensuring academic and industrial recognition for these young talents.
