Paul Nicollin founded Nicomatic in Bons-en-Chablais, France is born

2022

It all starts with a bold vision: bridging the gap between industry and innovation in Africa. In 2022, we lay Our first steps in Senegal, exploring strategic partnerships with leading engineering schools such as the Polytechnic School of Dakar . Far from a simple transfer of skills, we are building an ecosystem where engineering and creativity intertwine to shape the future of local industry.

2024

2024 marks a turning point. G-NI's Factory officially becomes Nicomatic Senegal, a subsidiary of the Nicomatic group. A giant leap positioning us as a key player in the Senegalese industry with a broader scope: custom industrial machine design, IT consulting, strategic and technical startup support, and a talent accelerator. The goal? Disrupt standards, create tailor-made solutions, and boost the competitiveness of local industries.

General Manager

Connecting energies to offer the very best that people can bring to their community. That's the goal I set myself when I took on the mission of leading NICOMATIC SENEGAL. How to create value by delivering solutions that impact daily lives? We're not in social work, we want to have a social impact. Showing what engineering and local know-how can offer the community in its development, empowerment, and fulfillment... that's my aim.

As a committed HR Manager, I juggle every day between team well-being and HR structuring, never losing my smile, with the aim of creating a healthy, motivating, and humane work environment that can impact talent and let their creativity flow.

Fatima Mouhamed Yacine Ndiaye

I'm Fatima M.Y Ndiaye, a medical PhD student at UCAD and Product Manager of Oasis Care at Nicomatic Senegal. What drives me? A real concern for people's well-being, and above all, the desire to make a real difference in their daily lives. From my first experiences in the field, I realized that some things needed to change. Rather than remain a spectator, I chose to act. Between stethoscope and dashboard, that's how Oasis Care was born: an e-health application designed to simplify medical follow-up and strengthen the link between patients and caregivers, wherever you are... in one click!

I'm a young general engineer (Mechanical Engineering option) at NICOMATIC Senegal, responsible for managing the entire cycle of machine design projects, from drawing up specifications to delivering the final product, with a particular focus on technical design and 3D modeling, to provide our customers with high-performance equipment perfectly suited to their needs.

I leverage data and artificial intelligence to serve concrete and useful projects. As a Data Scientist, I explore, structure, and model information to address real-world challenges. With a dual background in software engineering and statistics, I strive to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions with rigor, attentiveness, and clarity. What motivates me is designing intelligent, accessible, and impactful tools, putting AI at the service of decision-making and action.!
